If you are tired of the crowds at Lynn Canyon Park or on some of the other North Shore’s more popular trails, try the Lynn Valley LINK.
The first phase of the Lynn Valley LINK, a project initiated by the LVCA opened in September 2017. Phase 1 of the Lynn Valley LINK is a route that uses existing trails and streets that circumnavigate the neighbourhoods of Lynn Valley.
Work has commenced on the Phase 2 LINK routes and will be completed in a couple of months. You may see posts with the LV LINK logos and arrows to show the routes through Lynn Valley and connecting with the circumference sections of the LINK.
The final map showing the connecting LV LINK routes through Lynn Valley has been finalized and is now available on the LVCA website to download as a PDF. (see link at the bottom of this post)
Check out the 6th and final LV LINK kiosk that has just been installed at Pioneer Park in the heart of Lynn Valley at the corner of Mountain Highway and Lynn Valley Road. Each kiosk showcases the LV LINK Route Map and some interesting facts related to the history of Lynn Valley.
Watch for information in the next few months as these routes are improved and the Lynn Valley LINK logo and signage identifies these new connections to the existing Lynn Valley LINK.
