We will then, to the best of our abilities, remove your e-mail address from our databases within the 30 day requirement set by the Privacy Laws of Canada.

Refunds and Return Policy (if applicable)
Events: Registration fees for programs/workshops/events are transferable to another person or as credit to future events, but not refundable.
Payment Terms
All payments are to be made by cash, cheque, or e-transfer. Cheques are payable to: “Lynn Valley Community Association”.
All membership and/or purchases/orders are payable upon receipt. No credit will be extended.
Shipping (if applicable): As per the terms on the order form or as agreed upon based on bulk orders. The least costly method (ground) will be used to ship orders unless otherwise arranged by the client.
Federal Trade Commission Required Affiliate Notice
At times we will promote services and products from other individuals, companies and/or organizations. We may or may not be compensated as affiliates of these trusted partners. We only recommend services or products of trusted partners and recommendations are based on positive experience. It is your responsibility to do due diligence for any product or service you are buying.
