Gillian Konst / President
Gillian comes originally from a small village in England, and has lived, worked, played and volunteered in Lynn Valley for over 20 years along with her husband and two sons. She has volunteered as a Cub leader; the school’s PAC and in the classrooms; and the team manager for her kids’ sports teams. She was a charter member and First Chair for Friends of North Vancouver District Public Library and Board Member of the Lynn Valley Soccer Association. Gillian is the past programmer and events manager for Mollie Nye House and was encouraged to join the Association by other board members. She enjoys working on the numerous community events presented by LVCA.
Shannon Epp / Treasurer
Shannon has lived in Lynn Valley since 2004 and works in the community for the local RBC Royal Bank as a Financial Planner. She and her husband did the Ascent for Alzheimer’s in 2008 when they climbed Mount Kilimanjaro. They enjoy hiking and biking the local trails.
Lyle Craver / Secretary
Lyle has lived in Lynn Valley for over 25 years and on the North Shore since 1958. He joined LVCA in order to keep on top of community issues, and has a keen interest in District Council planning and management issues. He has served on the following DNV appointed advisory committees: Alpine Reference Recreation Group, Citizens' Budget and Finance, Community Services Advisory Committee. Lyle is also Secretary of The Chess Federation of Canada and the owner/manager of Capilano Rock and Gem. Lyle is LVCA’s observer at Council.
Stefanie Donohoe / Director at Large
Stefanie was born and raised in Victoria, B.C. but can proudly say she has now lived in Lynn Valley most of her life. Stefanie and her husband, Jeff work on the North Shore (primarily in Lynn Valley) and have raised their 3 children here. Prior to joining the LVCA, Stefanie was actively involved in the Upper Lynn PAC, Lynn Valley Soccer Association, Field Hockey Canada and with the Minor Hockey Association at the NSWC. Stefanie is thoroughly enjoying being a part of LVCA and looks at it as a way to “give back” to the community she works and lives in.
Suzanne Mazoret / Director at Large
Suzanne Mazoret was born and raised in Vancouver and moved to Lynn Valley in 1982. She is retired from North Vancouver School District where she worked as a Human Resources Manager. She was invited to become a member of the Lynn Valley Community Association in 1998 after her involvement in the Lynn Valley OCP process that she attended as a representative of the DNV Parks Advisory Committee. Her interest in Parks continues as she holds the Member at Large position responsible for Parks and Trails. Every spring, she coordinates the LV Parks Project where volunteers work on a natural Lynn Valley Park or trail.
